WIP Charcoal and Pencil: Seek Forward 2

I started to work on the top and bottom part of the eye! One thing that I having difficulty in dealing with is the eyelash. As I look at the reference, the bottom is the easiest to draw so I work on them first. So now, here are the most tricky part that i have to deal with: the eyelash on the top. Because the color is darker, i will probably using the black charcoal. however, one thing I found that even with the sharpest point on charcoal, it still can't produce the line of eyelash. so, I will work on them later on and hopefully learn if there a way to work with those tricky eyelash on top!

 

Material: brush, #2 pencil ( the sharpest endpoint), charcoal pencil, the pen (it's no longer work! and I use this to deal with the wrinkle part!) , eraser stick, paper towel, index card for testing, shading, and protect my hand from smudge my artwork.
Time: 18 minutes on shading the top and bottom of the eye, 9 minutes on adding the little wrinkle, 30 minutes on just the eyelash at the bottom ( why the eye lash have to be this hard!)
