WIP Charcoal and Pencil: Seek Forward 1

This is just my work in progress so this is what I am working on right now! since I know that there is a lot of artist did this eye very realistic and some even go photo realistic, and one of my friend want to see if I can do one a little "realistic" so I decide to just practice it! To make this interesting and challenging, I decide to use tissue and paper towel to blend! instead of tracing or using square grid, I use ruler to measure thing out and sketch it!( this is the reason why the eyebrow look a little too big comparing to the reference)

lastly, I didn't planned on making this highly realistic or photo realistic artwork! so don't assuming that I will going to change my style to realistic, photorealistic, or even semi-realistic!  I just practicing this for fun  and for learning my mistake! 
material: 2 #2 pencils ( sharp end point and round end point) , paper towel, tissue, eraser stick, ruler, index card, charcoal
time:37 minutes on just sketching, 21 minutes on the eye pupil, 11 minutes on the eyebrow
